Computer Specifications

Hardware Specifications

• A desktop PC or laptop with a graphics card - (see below).
• CPU: 1.0 Ghz minimum - 2.0 Ghz preferred.
• RAM: 1.0 GB minimum - 2.0 GB preferred.
• Two USB mice.
• Note: The software will always perform better with a faster processor and more memory for graphics.

Supported Video Chipsets

• Nvidia: GeForce 2, GeForce 3, GeForce 4, GeForce 5XXX, GeForce 6XXX, GeForce 7XXX, GeForce 8XXX.
• Radeon: 9200, 9250, 9550, 9600, 9800.
• Intel: Intel 865G (aka Intel Extreme 2).
• In all cases the latest video card drivers should be used.

Unsupported Video Chipsets

• SiS 740.
• S3 Unichrome.
• Some Intel Xtreme graphics chipsets.
• Go Virtual Medical does not recommend nor support the operation of our software on systems with no or unsupported graphics cards or chipsets.

Operating System Specification

• The Integrated Simulator requires Windows XP SP2 or Windows Vista.
• Use TrueColour 32-bit.
• Go Virtual Medical requires the DivX codec (supplied with Go Virtual Medical Software).
