Go Virtual Medical Ltd does not offer refunds for:

• Software purchased for the wrong device or platform
• Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason

Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Free downloadable “tester” software is available from the Go Virtual Medical Ltd website, and is designed to test the compatibility of our product with the software and hardware on your PC prior to purchase.

As stated in our Hardware and Software Requirements: “All relevant operating system, graphics and security patches required and / or recommended either by Microsoft or Go Virtual Medical Ltd for the Integrated Simulator to operate correctly MUST be installed and operational prior to the application being started for the first time.”
